This badge recognises the recipient as a mentor in the OneUpOneDown Mentorship Network, a platform that connects women for one-to-one professional mentoring and leadership development. As a mentor, the recipient has committed their time and experience to supporting another woman's professional growth and leadership journey. They have shared practical guidance, offered honest feedback, and made themselves available during a mentoring cycle. Mentoring is also a leadership practice in its own right; it develops the coaching, listening, and sponsorship skills that strengthen the recipient's own leadership alongside their mentee's. Mentors are central to paving the way for the change we want to see - more women progressing, more women leading, and more women supporting one another along the way. This badge acknowledges that contribution.
